On 10-06-1963, Holy Angels' Convent School was inaugurated with the L.K.G, U.K.G, std I, II and III on 1-01-1970 It was registered under the State Gujarat Secondary Education Board. It was under the Management of the Daughters of the Cross. In 1987, Sisters of St. Ann ( St. Ann's Education and Medical Relief Trust) took over the Management of Holy Angels' Convent School, Bharuch, from the Daughters of the from the L.K.G onwards. Today in 2003 we have High School with 6 Classes from 8 to 10; the K.G and the Primary directly under the Management from 1-7.

To give sound education giving the priority to rreligious and Moral values. The School is primarily meant to provide catholic children with sound education based on religious and moral values, still other pupils may also be admitted with due respect to their religious feelings and freedom of conscience. Religious instruction is given to the Christian students wheres value education is imparted to the non-Christian students. Discipline, regular and hard work are insisted upon not for the sank of external formality but for the right formation of character of students which is the chief aim of our institution. Thus we strive to mould the personality of each and every student to be worthly citizens of tomorrow.School Motto: "Love serves" is the maxim adopted by the Holy Angels' Convent School. It is to lead the students towards progress and success in our lives.
